In Meta Meditation app you will find meditation and breathing courses based on attention training, breathing practices and the activation of a spine and different parts of the brain. The courses are created by Feliks Pak who is ATMA yoga project leader and author of Meta Meditation technique, Avatar Code program and Power & Balance training system.
